I had a totalknee replacementabout4-1/2yearsago and have beenpainfree and very activeafteronly about 3 months of rehab and recovery. I exercise at a gym 2-3 times a week (treadmill, bike, nautilus), golf in good weather, and am basically an active 66-yearold woman.
